Hey! Newbie on board

  • Hello everyone!

    My name is Susana. I am from Colombia/Latin America. Am 27 and been married to my sweetheart since 2005. We have a 5 months baby boy whom I love to pieces We are living in Qatar in the Persian Gulf for work purposes at this moment!

    I want to lose weight from my pregnancy. I gained around 15 kilos as a total. I am not breastfeeding anymore because I had a tough time with milk supply and did my best and nursed until my son was 4 months. So at this point, I can diet!! I need to lose them very quick bec on July we are going to see our families for summer!

    I have started a protein diet, but hasnt been able to exercise. I want to walk an hour a day, at least!! I have sticked for a week on the protein diet, but yesterday I kindda messed up So I need buddies and motivationnnnnnn!!

    Walking is my favorite exercise; hope you find the time to get your hour a day. Are there times of the day that are just the right balance between hot/cold for walking in Qatar?
