Hi everyone,
I'm a 48 year old single women with a 24 year old daughter. I have been over weight most of my adult life. I have really high blood pressure that I think I have under control but that could be better.
I just decided a couple of days ago that I just can't live like this anymore. I'm just tried of being tried. I have to lose this weight before it is to late. I found this site yesterday and I just love the title,because I am a fat chick(soon to be a healthy PHAT chick) :D
