Hello All!!

Hello. I am new to this site. My name is Lindsey and I am from Michigan. I have two beatiful little boys, 4 years old and 9 months.

This is the first real attempt at losing weight. I have not been doing anything other than watching my calories and fat intake and doing more excercise I enjoy.

I started 4 days ago at 210 pounds. I have lost about 4 pounds so far. :) Gotta start some where!
