Hello everyone!
A quick post to introduce myself! I'm a 35 year old gov't employee with 200 pounds to lose. It's seems too complicated to explain all the events leading up to why I'm here, but the bottom line is that I want to lose weight, and I'm hoping to not only get support, but give it as well!
I've been unlucky with my gym membership (It's really embarrassing to get dirty looks and rolled eyes when you use a machine), so I've recently decided to use a personal trainer (female) in a reasonably private studio (2 trainers for 2 clients at a time). Expensive, but I'm hoping worth it to get me on track with a routine.
