Hello From Canada!!!!!
 

So nice to find this place -- wow -- lots of information. I will definately need to go back a read more given that I have more time.

I just wanted to jump in a give a brief intro.....

My name is Helen, I live in Canada, I used to struggle with weighloss but it always seems to be a life long force to reckon with. I jumped on the weightloss bandwagon full throddle about 2.5 years ago when I started doing Beachbody products. I started off with Tony Horton's Master Series and then progress into doing the P90X and achieved amazing results and I just haven't stopped their with my journey.....it just seems to be a progression that I have just learned to enjoy and incorporate into my daily life, much like brushing my teeth everyday......since then, I was lucky enough to be featured in the new p90x infomercial which was an amazing honor to be able to contribute and spread the word to others....it has been a ride like I have never been on before.....

Anyhow, just wanted to stick my head in and say hi -- SO HI!!!!!

Hope to get to know and meet new friends along this journey!!!!!
