Hello Everyone!
Hi! I'm new here, just wanted to come in here and introduce myself. I'm Christie! I was searching around for some diet/loosing weight sites, and this one just fits me the best! I would like to say also, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! to all of the people I have saw on here that have met their goals or have had success losing weight!
I have struggled with my weight since I was 12 years of age, I'm 18 now. A lot of people my age don't have a problem with their weight, I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones. Anyhow, I am here to get the help and support I need to lose weight and to help any one that I can to help lose weight. I have been on soo many diets in my teen years (the 6 small meals a day, starving, the 400 calorie a day diet, ect.). I have veryyy little willpower. I am hoping that this time, I will stick to the plan and my little calorie-counting notebook! But yeah, nice to meet ya! This seems like a great community here. Very nice people! One last thing, how do I get those little pound tracking signatures (after 20 days). Thanks so much for reading. ;) |

Hi Christie! I'm so glad you're looking for some support. Will power is such a hard characteristic to obtain. Just know once you get it its a wonderful feeling :)

@ Sophia: I have no clue, but, I am a "night owl" I stay up late at night...But I will be switching that up soon. I don't really know how to keep a healthy body during night shift, maybe it depends on the work you do, how many breaks you have, etc. |
