Hi!! I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I am a 32 year old mot to two wonderful boys - 12 years and 2 years. I struggled a lot with losing weight after my 2nd son was born and was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease (where your immune system attacks your thyroid leading to underproduction in the thyroid gland). I am interested in learning how to eat healthier and am committed to instilling good values in my children.

I'm sorry to hear about your son, but it's great that you're trying to commit to better choices. There are thyroid problems in my family as well, and from what I understand, nutrition can make a difference.
