Hi, just signed up so I better jump in and post before I lose my nerve. I've been reading various threads on 3FC for a couple of weeks and this is my Mother's Day present to myself: move from good intention to action!

I am 49 and want to be healthy and energized heading into my fifties. I used to be very active and want to get back to that good feeling that regular exercise brings. I'm looking for accountability and support and hope to provide support to others along the way where I can.

:welcome3: to 3FC's ~ I agree with SUSANB, don't be afraid of this site or the people; there are lots of lovely people here and they are very supportive and kind. We have many Canadians on this site and even a Canadian Thread in the SUPPORT GROUPS forum. I see that there are many BC'ers here too!
