New to all this, but need help to shed the life long battle with being overweight. So hoping to meet loads of new people, who share same goals and dreams, and hopefully have a laugh too.

I just wanted to say reading all the posts, with ideas, encouragement and tips, I feel confident that I'm going to do it this time. It's far from easy, some days are better than others, but I got into one size smaller today .........soooo happy!
