losing the pregnancy weight
Hello! :wave:
I just had my first baby three weeks ago. Now I need to lose some weight. I've already lost a fair amount due to water weight loss, but I was heavy before I got pregnant, so I could stand to lose some more. I am breastfeeding, so I don't plan to do any drastic reduction in calories. Right now, I'm limiting junk food and increasing fruits and vegetables. Exercise consists of walking (need to do more ;) ), at least until after my postpartum check up in a few weeks. Anyway, nice to meet you all. |

Wow, you're on the ball, I wish I had been as keen right after mine! Welcome and congratulations on your new little one, life will never be the same again... in a good way... well after you start getting some sleep that is, lol.
