Newbie
Hey everyone my name is Natalie, I just started a diet just over a month ago and am finally starting to believe I can lose what I need to.
In High School I wasn't the smallest girl, but averaged around 130. After High School I actually lost weight, then steadily gained more throughout the years. A year ago I lost my job I had for 2 years and was already at my highest weight (approx 150) then gained another 10 in the 2 months I didn't have a job and another 15 with my new job. I have tried the 'free' trials online, that aren't free. I've tried going to the nutrition store and starting with a cleanse, then taking whatever they thought was the best at the time. I exercised quite a bit, but saw no results and got frustrated after several months, so I stopped. I love to cook and usually cook pretty healthy but eat a LOT of starches. I think I may have found my match (and luckily me & my Mom are doing this together) but I still need a lot of support. This site is awesome and I can't wait to be a part of more women feeling good about themselves :D Hopefully we are all on the right track to success. |
Hi Natalie, welcome!! It's so good that you and your mom are doing this together! You'll find lots of support and encouragement here, so read lots and post lots! Good luck to you both! :)
