Hello from PA!!

Hi all!! I'm from Pittsburgh, PA.

I have struggled for years with weight loss before I was diagnosed with PCOS and Insulin Resistance. I have just found out this year that I have food allergies as well. I'm looking forward to some suggestions and support.
