I'm Kathy :) I am married to a wonderful man and we have 4 wonderful kids. I currently weigh in around 206.2, down almost 4 lbs from last week.
I'm on day two of the South Beach diet and so far it's going well, but I have a huge sugar addiction....to the point of being classified as an eating disorder, so this is super hard for me. I normally can't get past the first few hours on a diet. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello! |

Hi and Welcome to 3FC! I was a sugarholic too, but I've been doing very well after switching over to whole foods as part of my diet. Last night I had plain yogurt, 1 tsp. honey and raspberries and just loved it. You can give up the processed sugar and still enjoy a few sweet treats.
