Hello from South London
 

Hi everyone - I joined here about four days ago - I was feeling really down about how I don't have anyone in my life to support me while I try to lose weight (not an easy thing, I'm sure you all know) and then I came across this forum. Not feeling so down anymore!

I'm a 24 year old Australian living in London and I've only just started my weight loss journey - I lost 7lb last week so am feeling a teeny tiny bit positive.

I look forward to finding some friends to go to for advice, and hope that I can return the favour! :)
