Hellooo! New & Ready!
Hey Everybody!
So this is actually the second time I've joined 3FC.. I havn't used my other account for so long though that I'm not even totally sure what my username was, so I figured I would just make a new one and start over. I've been trying so hard for so long now to lose weight, and it just won't happen for me. Last summer I lost 20 lbs, and it just came right back on over the winter. I think that is the most frusterating thing for me. Now I just can't seem to get back into it. I came back to 3FC to look for success stories to keep me going, and a place to tell my feelings to laides who know exactly what I'm going through. I love my fiance to death, but he is a skinny guy, he weighs about 140 lbs and he can just eat anything he wants and never gains a pound. It is as hard for him to gain weight as it is for me to lose it. So talking to him is just pointless lol. So I hope you ladies can welcome me into the group and give me the motivation I need to keep going! Thanksss! |

I don't actually have a specific diet that I'm going to be following.. I just want to eat the right things and go to the gym at least 5 times a week. I just hope my work schedule lets me do that!

Welcome! I haven't heard about the fat smash diet yet... something to look at! I know my friend is doing the "no white food diet" which she renamed the Technicolor Diet.. LOL Good luck and you'll find what you need here... support, friends, and fun!
