Hello Fat Chick From Cleveland Ready to be a skinny Chick
Hello ladies and Gentle-man My name is Angelia, am 30 years old. I had a goal to be under 200 pounds before turning 30 and I didn't achieve that goal. I am now 295 with is down from 336 so that's something and I'm proud of myself. I joined this site for support and maybe make some friends to encourage each through either email, messages, phone calls, And maybe meet some friends locally and we can meet somewhere and go for walks and keep each other motivated, I'm a very close friend, I use to have girlfriends and guy-friends in Philadelphia call me in the middle of the night saying I just order a pizza or I'm ready to eat this pint of ice cream and we would talk or I would come over, And I need support like that here and I'm sure others do! So who's ready to join me? Nothing stupid, no starving, no pills, no fad diets, Let's eat good healthy food and stop when we are full, let's do some sort of physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day and let's get ourselves healthy. I AM SO READY NOW! MORE THAN EVER! So Who's with me?
