Default Hi! New from Mississippi. Lots of work to do!
Hi! I'm Donna, a 36 year old teacher from MS. I am happily married and have 3 kids. I currently weigh 175 and would love to get to 130. Actually, 2 years ago I lost down to 150 or 155 and when I look back at those pictures, I looked pretty good at that size. So even getting to there would be great!

I need encouragment and support. Food is my comfort. I just love to eat. If anyone can give me any help and encouragment as I begin this journey, I would really appreciate it!

Hi Donna! I'm from Mississippi as well-our story sounds similar. I have four children (was trying for a third, and got twins-lol), I just recently joined 3FC, and began my journey as well. I'm 5'2", and started out at 186 lbs (how did that happen?!). Just had my first W-I, and I've lost 2 lbs. I attribute it to having this great place to come for ideas, encouragements and accountability. Take your time, browse around-everyone is so great here! I'm a memeber of the 30 somethings board as well-so be sure to check it out! Good luck on this journey, and I'm excited to see someone else from MS on here!
