Sure hope I am doing this right

I have been morbidly obese all my life, several times i have lost down to a decent weight but never have been able to keep it off. Now I'm 50 years old with my hips, knees and ankles all telling me its time to get serious about keeping it off. For that reason I've made the decision to become interactive instead of observing.I know there are a lot of good people with good advice who are more than willing to help me with my challenge.I'm approximate 5'5and over 350 lbs so I definitly belong here.Thank you for all your help.:?:

Yes you did it right :) Hi and welcome to 3FC! There are LOTS of groups here, you can look around and see where you think you might like to hang out. It helps so very much to have support, and this is a huge source of info on weight loss, diet, nutrition, exercise...

Welcome!

I found joining and actually becoming involved in the conversations was much more helpful than just reading posts from the sidelines.

So good for you and good luck!

That is sad! I sure hope you get to enjoy her soon. Next to my family, my bike gives me much joy :D

Do you have any particular plan in action for your healthier changes?

Just watching calories and what I eat, just getting started back walking for exercise. I am sure some things will change as time goes on. To conclude,
riding is probably the thing I enjoy most. I do hope to be back on the road before to long.
