Re-intro
Well I haven't been around in about a year, maybe a little more. Not only couldn't I remember my password, I couldn't even remember my username :dizzy:
When I was coming to the board, I was doing pretty well. My goal was and still is to have a slow weight loss. I only want to loose 2lbs a month because I've done fast weight loss diets when I was younger (ah the glorious days of being able to lose 8lbs in a week to fit into an outfit on the weekend are gone forever!) and I see that it is possible for me to keep it off if I do a slow loss. I wasn't around for a year because we moved to another continent so the foods here are different and I couldn't get a lot of the stuff I like. The only bad part is that there is wonderful cheese and bread here but I didn't really net gain anything - I've just been playing with the same 5 lbs. Anyway spring is here, the weather is getting warmer and I want to re-commit to further calorie reduction/weight loss. I have to check the search function but does anybody know of a thread that talks about some good foundation garments? Happy to be back, HelenMay |
