Just wanted to introduce myself I have been reading the boards for a couple days now. I have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. At one point I have lost 60 lbs in 12 weeks felt wonderful still needed another 50 off but oh how nice it felt to have that 60 off. But a move across country and returning to my comfort foods back the 60 came +.So here I am I hope I can turn to this site instead of the cupboard when I have my "cravings". I joined ww watchers this past week exercising too sooo Let MY JOURNEY BEGIN......:)
