Hello all!

Hi! My name is Sara, and I have been battling my weight forever! I finally feel like I am ready for this much needed change in my life. I joined my local YMCA, started on a 1200 calorie diet and feel good about it. I stumbled upon this site and think that it just might be the support I need for when I am feeling a little less than motivated, because as we all know this is not an easy journey!
