Hi from a UK Newbie

Hi, another newbie here.
I lost 50 lbs last year with Weightwatchers after years of trying. Now I just need to try and keep it off which is a bit of a struggle so am here for some encouragement & support.

I am very proud however to have finally reached my goal weight so can offer advice and support to anyone that wants it. I just wish I had found this forum when I was trying to lose the weight - it would have made it so much easier :)
