Another Newbie ...

Hi everyone,

I started a physician supervised weight program last Tuesday. My spirits are high and I'm really psyched about it now, but I'm also realistic and know there will be many tough days ahead.

I hope to find some of the support and encouragement I will need here at 3fc, and at the same time, being a somewhat positive person, I hope that I might offer support and encouragement to others along this lifelong journey we are on.
