Default Getting rid of "baby weight" and some

I've always struggled with weight.

Now my boys will be 2 years old in two months and I am only 12 lbs lighter than when I gave birth! (I gained 42 lbs total) And it has been the worst struggle of my life to lose that!

Honestly, I really feel like the muscle atrophy I experienced while on bedrest is my biggest problem. Because everyone says that you need to build muscle mass to increase your metabolism. And I feel like being athletic, I always had enough muscle mass that weight loss was pretty easy whenever I put my mind to it. Not now though.

AND, to make matters worse, I just turned 30...so people are telling me that my metabolism is slowing down.

I HAVE got to get rid of this baby weight. And not just that...but I was significantly plus sized before I even put on my 42 lbs during pregnancy.

I am 5'4 and want to weigh 140, so that I am for the first time since maybe high school...in my "normal" weight range!

Twins! What a blessing. My little one turned 2 last month. I know what a struggle it is to take off that baby weight. Plus, I'll be 43 next month! Talk about a slowing metabolism!

Luckily, I have a 30 pound, squirming weight to heft around, so I use her as live weights, so to speak. And she loves it.

Good luck, you can do this! We both can!
