Hi!

Hello everyone,

I'm Jo. I found this great site by chance & am hoping to get inspired & help in my weight lost. Last year I successfully lost 10 Kgs but in the last couple of months a few have crept back on! Granted I have moved country & miss my walking buddies. Today I purchased a new treadmill & I can't wait to get back into a healthier lifestyle.
