Hello again

It's been a long time since I've posted. The only good news is that I am holding steady and my current weight is the same as the last time I visited here. :rolleyes: I guess I should be happy I didn;t gain back the 7 pounds I lost.

But now I want to get moving again and decided to pop in for a visit. I can't believe I had forgotten just how supportive and amazing this site is!:carrot:
