I am new to the site to be honest I've never posted on a forum before. Yet I found this site interesting, There's actually people out there who are like me and want to lose the weight they have gained over the years (or whatever the situation). I hope to learn more from the site and maybe make some friends who have goals in their life like I do.:hug:
