Hi! My name is Mary and I just joined about 5 minutes ago! I am looking to lose a total of 28.6 lbs....the same 28.6 lbs I've been wanting to lose for 2 years now! A journal/log is such a good idea. I've found that when I keep one, I make a more of an effort to stick to my diet and exercise.
