Hi From England!

  • Hi everyone, my name's Sarah and I just joined today.

In the past I've weighed over 180lbs, but I got down to 138lbs over the past 6 months and I'm looking to lose those last 10lbs.

I've never been on a forum like this before or even had any weight loss support, so any advice or pointers would be great I joined to make friends, share tips with like minded people and help others (if I can!)

    Thanks for reading!

    Sarah x
