  • Trudy - I love pasta too. Things that helped me:
    • Buy a food scale and WEIGH your pasta - eat only a serving at a time
    • Eat protein with your pasta - balance those carbs
    • Make sure your sauce is low-cal - stick with red sauces if possible
    • Eat Whole Wheat pastas - they are more filling and satisfying
    • Add lots of veggies to your pasta dish - I love the steamer bags of veggie blends!

  • HI and welcome to 3fc! I love pasta too! I would recommend switching to wheat/ whole grain pastas and measuring them out and keeping them to one serving as well! eaten in moderation pasta is good for you! it's a great source of fiber!
