Hello all! I'm not necessarily "new," since I joined a couple years ago, but I'm new enough that I haven't used it since then. Haha.
So, I'm a short girl with some extra weight on me. I'm at 167lbs now and 5'3''. That's what my scale at home tells me, anyway.
By my birthday (April 29th), I want to be down to 149. Then I'll make a new goal. Smaller goals are easier to reach, I think.

I just need to learn how to deal without losing my mind in the kitchen and eating everything I see. Literally. It's craziness! Hopefully I have some great success stories to share with you all like all the ones I've been reading!!!
