Nice to meet you!

    I'm Lindsay and I'm new to this site. I'm 5'0" and 144lbs. I'm trying to lose about 25 lbs to get down to a healthy BMI. I currently work out several nights a week, but my difficulties come when I binge eat. I have some medications that affect my blood sugar, so I'm trying really hard to read my body's signals and eat small things throughout the day to maintain a normal sugar level. I also do Weight Watchers and go to meetings once a week. I originally gained a lot of weight when I stopped watching my intake and began taking a medication for migraines that made me starving all the time. It's been about 4 years since then and I've yo-yo'd. I'm trying to make a lifetime commitment and get down to a healthy, maintainable weight. Also, my husband and I are trying to move back to Florida, from Pennsylvania, so it would be nice to have my bathing suit body back!

    I started gaining weight in April of 2005 I gained it so quickly in the beginning that I thought something had to be wrong with me. One Monday I put on my fat jeans and by the next Monday I couldn't zip them. All the doctor's said there was nothing wrong with me. The only thing I can figure is sometimes I binge maybe a once a month but the rest of the time I starve. So I am trying MRC and I start Saturday. I have heard so many great things about it. I too want my swimsuite body back, my husband bought a boat. A BOAT! Keep me posted how you are doing on the diet.
