Just curious if there is a journal forum here where each day you post what you eat??

There isn't a specific forum for food journals (as far as I know at least... :) ), but there are posts under many of the diet specific forums & the maintenance forum to post daily food and exercise. There might even be one under the Weight Loss Support heading, not sure. I used to post mine in the monthly Calorie Counters chat, now I post in the Maintenance Accountability chat each week. Poke around a little and I'm sure you'll find one! :)

We sued to have Journals but they were very difficult to keep up and keep safe. Most of us use the Blog option.
