Hey Everyone!

Just wanted to stop in and say hello. This is probably my billionth "attempt" but first serious go at trying to lose weight and get healthy. I'm hoping to make some new friends here.

I'm glad you found us! We have all kinds of support forums to back you up on your journey...from forums by age range (20-somethings, 30-somethings, etc) to forums by eating plan (Everything from calorie counting to Nutrisystem to South Beach), we've got a little bit of something for everyone.

You may also want to check out the 100 lb club, a great group for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more.

Wherever you start, jump on in and get to posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
