Thought I'd finally sign up and introduce myself. I've been visiting this site on and off since last summer - stumbled across it while looking for recipes for the Fat Smash Diet.

I lost about 10 lbs. last summer but fell off the wagon when we went on vacation and since then have gained back all I lost plus some. Soooo... I've finally decided to try again. I'm hoping to be looking good before boating season gets here.
