Am new. I have about 50 lbs to lose and really need diet advice. I workout 6 days a week but can not seem to lose weight. I really hope i get the inspiration i need to lose weight here.

I think that food is about 90% of this weight loss journey. It is important to eat enough, but not too much! Try recording what you eat in a journal such as the Daily Plate for a few days. Then you can think about how to tweak your intake to meet your goals.
