I'm Amanda, and I'm 28 years old in need of a serious routine revamp. I am all too familiar with losing weight, as I do have a history of anorexia and bulimia. The thing is , I used to be underweight but now am on the higher end of healthy but also somewhat flabby and out of shape. My goal is not entirely weight loss, but also a lifestyle change that will help me gain energy and tone up. I am being upfront with my goals simply because I have gone overboard in the past. If I gain more weight or keep this inactive lifestyle going I will become obsessive and depressed, but also need to make sure that does not happen as I work on it now. Therefore I must watch carefully and writing usually helps me with that. Hopefully I do not sound self-absorbed revealing all of this info in my introductory post, and want to emphasize that I intend to give support as well. I really look forward to meeting people here-you all seem so nice, not to mention inspiring!
