New To The Forum
I decided to give weight loss another try. Two years ago I went from 205lbs to 157lbs. I worked my but off for over 8 months. Went to the dr. and she said I couldnt have lost all the weight on my own that my thyroid was out of whack and that is why i lost the weight. So what do i do i stop everything. Well needless to say I am now at 231. So anyone's advice on how to stick with it and not let people discourage me would be helpful. Thanks ;)

Hey 4MyLife - :wel3fc:
Wow, what rudeness from the doctor! Even those of of us with medical issues that make weight loss hard still are CAPABLE of losing the weight. To put all of the credit on your thyroid...rude! You may want to check out our "Dieting with Obstacles" forum here, for those with thyroid/metabolic/physical issues that throw roadblocks in the way of weight loss. We also have forums by age range, and a lot of miscellaneous groups and clubs. Look around! You're sure to find one or many spots that are just perfect for you. Can't wait to get to know you better! |
Welcome to 3FC! Surf around and settle in. We have subforums based on age, eating plan, exercise and more!
