Hi and :welcome: mysticshaz!!! I couldn't help but notice where you said you're from...is that Somerset uk as in "THE UK" or uk as in UK Wildcats of Kentucky???????????? Just curious because....I am from Somerset,KY...GO WILDCATS!!!!!!!!!! and the Pulaski Maroons and SouthWestern Warriors...I didn't know if maybe it was for real or just a coincidence!!!anyway Are you on weight watchers?or what's your plan? I get support from an awesome thread in the weightwatchers section call "supporting eachother on our weight loss journey"...drop by you'll like there!! Sorry but I don't know how to do links and I'm not really that computer savvy!!LOL

ah well i am from somerset in the uk sorry :-( well i have used weight watchers in the past and i know it works but at the moment i am just trying to cut out the junk and use my wii fit daily which i love and noticed a couple of threads about them which was kool.

i will drop my the ww page and check it out as i believe it works :-)

I'm from the same part of the country, I live up in London now but home is Bristol for me! Got to stick together us West Country folks!

I joined this place not so long ago and I absolutely love it, ther people here are really friendly and SO supportive, you should head over to the UK dieters bit of the forum too! :)

Yes, do check out our UK Chicks forum...we have a growing, thriving group over there!

We also have forums by age range and a lot of small groups and challenges. Look around, find a spot or many, and settle in!
