Default Taking off the baby weight!
Hi all! I'm Katie! I had a baby in January 2008 and have decided to get my weight down before our vacation in May. I have 20 lbs I'd like to lose by then, and about 55 lbs to lose to reach my goal weight. I'm using a modified LA Weightloss approach. Thanks for the support!

Welcome! I'm also trying to get the baby weight off- I have another 5 or so pounds that are attributable in any way to pregnancy. Of course, my 'baby' is in Kindergarten so I've long since run out of the ability to use the baby weight excuse- not that it has stopped me! Ha!

Anyway, welcome to 3FC.

Hahaha. My baby is 22 years old and I still use the baby weight lie too. It makes me feel so much better when I use that excuse.

Losing baby weight is a hard process but doable. Fight the fat
