A new 3FCer!
Hi everyone! Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself and my story to the forum. I'm a 24 year old new mom to 10-month old Lily. Since I can remember, I've been overweight. I've kind of had an ignore it and then I don't have to deal with it approach and it's catching up to me! When my daughter was born, we spent 5-weeks in the hospital, away from home and eating nothing but bad cafeteria food. It kicked my bad eating habits into high gear and now I find myself grossly overweight and bleak about my health and future! I want to lose weight so I can look and feel better and be a better example for my young daughter as she grows up. I need to be able to keep up with her on-the-go toddler years coming up! Two weeks ago, I started a cleanse diet that was recommended to my MIL by her doctor a while back. I've done this diet before, but last time I only made it 3 weeks before I was right back to old habits. This time, I feel I have much more on the line and am more motivated to make this a life-long change..I just hope it stays that way!
