hi... new here

Hi, I joined I think like 2 years ago.. just never made it back..
Well I think I have hit rock bottom about my weight, I am 5' 2" and about 225.
I feel like a beached whale sometimes.. lol So I need to find a way to get myself motivated on the exersize part, I have a 5 month old black lab, that I got to take on walks, just havent started that yet. I dont have tons of money to always have the "good" food around, its not cheap and I have a family of 5 to feed... Anyone with ideas to help me would be great... I do get depressed about all of this sometimes too..

Its nice to see all the people on here who make progress and hit their goals, I sure would love to be one of you in a year...
Thanks for listening

Welcome to 3FC!! Surf around and settle in! We have subforums based on age, eating plan, exercise and more. I'm glad you're here!

I'm glad you're back!

I hear you about feeding a family on a budget. We eat a lot of eggs and beans. Frozen veggies can be a pretty good deal. To go back to beans, canned beans can be cheap, dried ones are super cheap. Check out your local farmers markets for produce during season. We eat a lot of frozen fruit and veggies during the winter. Oatmeal is a good value too.
