I have never tried a forum like this before, but right now I can use all the support I can get. I have been dieting since I was like 8. I now like to refer my new outlook on life as healthy eating. Well hello to all. Just a newbie saying hi. Have a great one! :)

Welcome, I'm also new to this forum and have found it very helpful to know that we are not alone in our weight loss journey. Finally a forum that we can relate to, it's nice to know that we can let people know how we feel and who will understand if were having a bad day. I hope that you enjoy this as much as I do.
