Illinois Newbie!

Hey Everyone!
My name is Trish and I'm from Belleville, Illinois, about 20 min east of St Louis. I'm active duty Air Force and was just stationed here about a month ago.
I've always been a yo-yo dieter and my weight fluctuates but Im hoping to find something to keep it off for good. There seems to be a lot of positive reinforcement on this site so I'm looking forward to good results!
