Hey all, my name is Taylor and I'm 18 years old.
I've been chubby my whole life and it is time to lose the weight.
But it's so hard to do alone. I'm hoping to find the support here to push me furthur than I've ever gone so I can hit goal for the first time in my life.
I feel like my entire childhood has been a weight struggle and now I'm facing my twenties, supposed to be the best time of my life, and I don't even want to be in public because I'm ashamed of my weight. I don't want to be seen. I'm ready to make the changes that will allow me to be comfortable in my own skin, finally.
But I need your help!

So here we go, stats:
SW: 200 lbs
CW: 197 (woo! )
GW: 130

It's a long hard road but after exploring this site and seeing some of the amazing, unbelievable before and after pictures and success stories, I'm excited to get started on moving this mountain.

Recognizing what you need to do to get started with a loss is just the beginning and sounds like you know what is is. I hope I'm doing something right but I fear it's just the initial weight loss, as I dropped three more pounds this morning (yay!).
But whatever it is, I'm running with it. So excited about making this change.
