Hi my name is RaeRae, and I just joined today. I have been browsing this site for hrssssssssssssss hahhahaha. I am having a hard time losing my weight after my 3rd baby, HES NOW 3 lol. I seriously started dieting on Jan 1st 08 and have lost 40 lbs but i have been a my peak for about 3 or 4 months and nothing seems to be working for me anymore. I tried diet pills which never work. Since I came on here today I have decided to just go the old fashion way again. I did the atkins diet which is how i lost the first 40 lbs but that just isnt helping anymore. I have lots of exercise equipment I use at home, and I DO USE IT LOL. i have a treadmill, i walk 1 1/2 mils on it at 3m/p a day, i use mu cross crunch, and leg magic and my stair stepper. Anyway today I have decided to go low fat/cal and keep on the exercising. Im going to try pilates , and a few other videos just to mix up my routine cuz i get bored easy.
Anyway I just wantedt o say ty for this site lol, its really helped me to get really motivated, and i think coming back will help keep me motivated. You all seem so friendly and supportive. thanks for having me.
