Okay, bonjour is the only french that I actually know!
23 years old, live in Toronto. Just want to say hello! I am doing a calorie counting type diet. I am eating roughly 1400~ cals a day and exercising about 1k-1.2k (depending on the day)
I started this journey yesterday and I was at 176.6 and I am looking to get to 140 before the end of the summer. It is approx 5 lbs a month. If I can get there faster, that is an added bonus, but if I make it by the end of August, I will be smiling all the way to the mall =]
The reason why I am dieting is because when I was going to college, I was down to 155 or so but when I moved to Toronto, there was a lot of bad influences (wings, nachoes, pubs, movies.. omg the treats!) so I gained 20 lbs in 1 y and 5 months... So I am looking to fix that =]
If you guys have any adivce for me (if I need to up my calories, or lower, exercise more... etc) I would love to hear it! I am all ears!!
