Good Morning! Everyone!
I havent been here in years!! and Im back! I am dedicated to lose weight and keep it off this time. I am following Bob Greene's Best Life Diet. I am skipping Phases one because I know how to lose weight and I im going straight into Phase two, because I need Structure. I am excited to do it this time and stick with it. I am planning on coming here for alot of support. Wish me luck!!!
