Hi everyone!
My name is Lauren, I'm a 19-year-old student in Toronto. And I'm determined to make some changes.
I've had weight/food problems for, well, a looong time. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a while back, so at least now I'm taking care of that with medication. But I also have some eating habit changes to make and I know that!
My weight has been up and down. You know, the usual.
I started my new regime last week. I started at 275, I'm now at 266.2 (isn't it lovely how fast it comes off at first?). I'm aiming for 180 by the end of August as my first mini goal.
So make me feel welcome :)
P.S.--I know I'm 19, but would it be okay if I joined the 20-something support group?
