Hi Im new here, trying to find my way around. lots to lose and this year is the year im going to beat this stupid fatness that makes everything in life a little bit harder and some things way harder!! :carrot: anyone from my way or anyone jus wanna be friends?:^:

wherever we are we're still all in the same boat!
anyone find the weekends more difficult? I think its the evenings when im really tired that i find it hard to be good. and hard to get online for support with so much to do and partner hogging my modem. will have to figure out something. hope you're all having good weekends? x

Hi again,

Hope your doing better tonight.. When you want to munch, try drinking water instead.

I find that if I am busy on the weekends, it takes my mind off of eating. I have been eating lots of high fiber foods and it keeps me full longer.
